Family counter-guarantee · 家庭反担保
A parent or family member signs a counter-guarantee in favour of Ehome and places a family deposit with us. It is what lets Ehome stand behind you without a UK guarantor, and it is what Ehome looks to if a sum paid under the guarantee is not repaid.
父母或家庭成员向 Ehome 签署反担保并向我们缴纳家庭押金。这使 Ehome 能在没有英国担保人的情况下为您担保，也是在担保项下支付的款项未获偿还时 Ehome 的追索依据。
The invitation and the documents are in Chinese as well as English. Signing is online. The family deposit is returned at the end of the guarantee, less any sum owed, under the terms of the counter-guarantee.

- Accept your invitation (sent by email, in Chinese).
