   Pre-approval certificate · 预批证明

   If pre-approved, you receive a certificate with a reference and QR code to show landlords and agents.

   Deed, counter-guarantee and service fee · 契据、反担保与服务费

   Once a tenancy is agreed, you sign the guarantee deed, your family signs the counter-guarantee and places the family deposit, and you pay the service fee.
   租约确定后，您签署担保契据，家人签署反担保并缴纳家庭押金，您支付服务费。

   Guarantee issued · 担保签发

   Ehome issues the guarantee to your landlord with a reference they can verify at any time.
