Rent Arrears Guarantee · 租金欠款担保

If your share of the rent is not paid, Ehome pays the landlord, up to 8 months of your rent share over the guarantee period.
如您的租金份额未支付，Ehome 将向房东支付，上限为担保期内您租金份额的 8 个月。

Damage Guarantee · 损坏担保

After your tenancy deposit has been applied, Ehome pays the balance of the cost of damage beyond fair wear and tear, up to 1 month of your rent share.
在您的租房押金抵扣后，Ehome 支付超出合理损耗的损坏费用余额，上限为您租金份额的 1 个月。

What the guarantee does not do · 担保不包括什么

• It is not insurance. Ehome is a guarantor; sums Ehome pays are owed back to Ehome.

• It does not pay your rent for you. Your rent remains yours to pay on time.

• It does not replace your tenancy deposit, utility bills, council tax or contents.

Your responsibilities · 您的责任

1. Pay your rent on time and in full.
   按时足额支付租金。
2. Look after the property and report problems to the landlord promptly.
   爱护房屋，及时向房东报告问题。
3. Tell us about any change in your circumstances — course, visa, income, address, family counter-guarantor.
   告知我们您情况的任何变化——课程、签证、收入、地址、家庭反担保人。
4. Respond to any payment request from your landlord within the deadline we give you.
   在我们给出的期限内回应房东的任何付款申请。
5. Keep your contact details and email current so you receive our notices.
